The assistant manager position is responsible for:·

• The sales and ongoing growth of membership base
• The ongoing development and education of sales and service staff
• Reporting on critical KPIs
• Planning and execution of internal promotions
• Direct management of sales and service staff
• Responsible for gym operations and member service during shift

Afternoons/Evenings Monday- Thursday + Saturday

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Pay is hourly + highly competitive commission and bonus structure

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour + commission and bonus packages
